ORCA is the only association dedicated to representing operators of Ontario’s retirement homes. We provide education and training, including a comprehensive e-learning platform, two conferences, ten road shows, and an operations manual to help you with every aspect of running a retirement home. We also advocate on your behalf with government and stakeholders and seek ways to help the sector innovate and grow.

If you supply (or are looking to supply) products and services to the retirement home sector, an ORCA commercial membership will help you reach, influence and engage operators across the province. Commercial members have access to sponsorship opportunities throughout the year, whether at events or as part of ORCA’s education offerings. Members are also welcome to attend our annual Together We Care Convention and ORCA Summer Conference. As a member of ORCA you also get news and information about the sector and the association, helping you to understand the challenges and opportunities facing operators.
