The Road Shows offer a full, interactive day of learning for our operator members. ORCA hosts road shows twice a year, in Spring and Fall, travelling to five different cities in Ontario. This year, road show programming was focused on human resources, including best practices on performance management, recruitment, employee motivation and much more. The RHRA also joined us to give an overview on inspections and education on disability accommodation and return to work was provided by Sherrard Kuzz.
